SANTA CLARA RESIDENTS HAVE A MESSAGE FOR "OUTSIDER" JAMES ROWEN....

SCUSD MATTERS ARE FOR "REAL" SANTA CLARA RESIDENTS. NOT THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN DISPLACED.......

  1. Spending time in an ECR hotel or someone's garage for the time being doesn't make one a true resident (nor, IMO, does living in mommy and daddy's mortgaged to the hilt house in one's fifties).

As Rowen would say, "Then Shuddd UP!".

    1. Most likely, not being a Santa Clara resident will be the one aspect of his life that Rowen is going to have a tough time getting over. His life circumvented being around city hall. Its going to kill him when he no longer has the ability to remain in the vicinity.

  2. Long time residents who remember Rowen's parents say that he grew up watching his parents come to school board meetings - and they role modeled antagonistic, disruptive behavior for him. That's what he grew up with, and that's what he emulates.

He doesn't have anyone on city council to harass anymore, so his attention has shifted to the other local elected body, school board. I think that harassing and bullying people is fun for him.

He has no children and, according to public records for his parents' now foreclosed home, he doesn't pay any property taxes to help fund the schools.

  3. At least the late property taxes on the former Rowen Camino Drive property were paid in-full during the bankruptcy and escrow proceedings. SCUSD will enjoy additional revenue when the property is taxed a its higher Rowen-less appraisal value. Less Rowen - more value!!

    1. I guess it would be difficult for Rowen to fathom that his old neighborhood is better off without him.
