BEYOND CHILDISH....
FRANKLY, OUR FORMER MAYOR LOOKED LIKE A GROUPIE AND NOT JUST A NORMAL 49ERS FAN. HOWEVER, ISN'T ROWEN BITING THE HAND THAT FEEDS HIM?
The woman is beyond embarrassment it seems. Also, I read the jersey as a big "up-yours" to people in the city who don't see things her way.
What is Rowen saying about her? I think if he's feeling like a scorned political consultant right now he's correct (for once) in aiming his ire towards those who threw him peanuts while laughing at him.
Rowen is probably thinking he still has a chance. All politicians care for no one but themselves. Perhaps he's starting to understand that.
Mahan has proved her allegiance for the 49ers beyond comprehension. And she's done so at the expense of Santa Clara residents. Who can ever forget her "incredible" performance at the Muslim American Society?
What's beyond my comprehension is how there are no meaningful term limits in Santa Clara. Why is anyone entitled (or so determined) to spend most of their adult life on city council?
There are people with real talent in this city who have no chance to get on the council which is the biggest shame.
Honestly, one would think Santa Clara is capable of having better representation than our current lot of elected officials. However, we live under the unwritten political rule of silent corruption where either most people don't speak out against it or just don't care enough to deal with it.
That may be true. I wouldn't want to be the one having to deal with the financial mess this stadium is going to cause for our city. What Santa Clara politician who supported Measure J is going to admit failure?
